WWA x Chooseless
Locating in Soi Ekamai 21 in Cham Chan Alley is the compound where the cafe, WWA x CHOOSEless stands. There are only a few parking spots out front, which was full. If lucky, parking can be found on the street.
The cafe's space is very airy with plenty of sunlight in a stylish setting of naked concrete walls with mixed and match furniture. There's 2 floors to this building- ground floor being the cafe runs by WWA and upstairs is the CHOOSELess clothing store (runs by the founders of Cocue, Siam Square).
Fresh Apple juice, very refreshing and served with nice big ice cubes- natural stuff only in this glass! (120 Baht).
French Toast with berry cream cheese drowned in soft parsley scrambled eggs topped with Italian sausage and crispy bacon. Not too rich and not too sweet- a winning combination where you can really have the best of both worlds: sweet and savory. (370 Baht)
Rocket, sunflower sprout salad with Parma ham, feta, pears and roasted seasonal vegetables. The salad dressing is made of fresh pears and vinegar with black peppers. Very nice! (350 Baht)
The Brioche French toast is very soft on the inside but has a crunchy bitter crust (from the sugar being torched by heat) served with the warm buttery peaches. With lightly whipped sour cream sprinkled with Olive oil granola. (270 Baht)
Overall, I had a pleasant meal here and enjoyed the uniqueness of the ingredients pairing. The staff were very fashionably dressed yet very friendly and attentive.
