My passion for food started from a very young age being in the family that everybody loves to eat good
food, fresh and seasonal vegetables and fruits. We are farmers, fruit dealers, local caterer (for
the suburb aka โต๊ะจีน) therefore the best produces are always accessible for us, now when we see all the
economic fruits and vegetables being massively grown..it always reminds us how fortunate we
are. There goes what behind all of my meals, dishes I created, food I serve.....every step counts and the
ingredients are the beginning of it all.
